Join our team: we are hiring a pot washer in Midlothian, Scotland. You will scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils. Ideal candidate: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure Rotating shifts.
