Bread baker wanted in Mercer County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bread baker in Mercer County, Missouri. Day-to-day duties: • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream What we are looking for: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Six days a week, one day off.
