Coating plant operator — Harrison County

Now hiring: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Harrison County, Missouri. The job is in a busy paint shop. Requirements: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting You will check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Contact us to fix an interview.
