Immediate opening: we are hiring an EHS coordinator in Dodge County, Nebraska. The job is on a high-rise building project. Requirements: • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations Day to day you will run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry; take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry; deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors; investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports; audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges; verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
