Press operator — Uzo-Uwani

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a press operator in Uzo-Uwani, Enugu State. You will work in a sheet metal stamping unit. You should have: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards On a typical shift you will load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed; fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting; punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components; adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings; top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways; apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean. At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
