Panel technician — Carroll County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a panel technician in Carroll County, Arkansas. The job is at an accident repair garage. Day-to-day duties: • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates • Buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections • Measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line • MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place • Feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray • Mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting Ideal candidate: • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. $5,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
