Join our team: we are hiring a production assembler in Mercer County, New Jersey. You will work in a packaging and assembly workshop. Your main tasks: • Keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station • Snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses • Solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier • Pack finished units with foam inserts and seal the cartons • Pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line Ideal candidate: • Basic understanding of quality checks and 5S • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets • Can read work instructions and basic measurements Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. $3,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
