Immediate opening: we are hiring a TIG welder in Larmurde, Adamawa State. On a typical shift you will sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size; select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel; strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal; read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing. Ideal candidate: • Able to pass a weld test on the spot • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard Part-time with flexible hours.
