Plant operator • Sullivan County, New York

Join our team: we are hiring a plant operator in Sullivan County, New York. Day-to-day duties: • Inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up • Lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains • Swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger • Clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble • Work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter Requirements: • Own PPE — safety boots, hi-vis and hard hat • Proven experience on 360 tracked excavators (8t–30t) • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. $3,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
