Powder coating line operator — Hardin County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Hardin County, Tennessee. The job is in a metal finishing workshop. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Day-to-day duties: • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
