Immediate opening: dough maker (Ohio)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dough maker in Marion County, Ohio. The job is in a hotel pastry kitchen. You will weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Part-time with flexible hours.
