Furniture maker — Eau Claire County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a furniture maker in Eau Claire County, Wisconsin. On a typical shift you will glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together; plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish; hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles; install skirting boards, architraves and dado rails; fix studwork and plasterboard partitions; check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level. Requirements: • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers • At least 2 years' hands-on carpentry experience • Own basic hand tools Six days a week, one day off.
