Join our team: we are hiring a tig welder in Kudan, Kaduna State. Ideal candidate: • Able to read isometric and fabrication drawings • Sound knowledge of shielding gases and tungsten selection Day-to-day duties: • Read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters • Prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run • Set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator • Weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions • Clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding Full-time with occasional weekends.
