Rigging foreman — Pike County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a rigging foreman in Pike County, Arkansas. You will work on an offshore oil and gas platform. Ideal candidate: • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear The role involves: • Inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use • Take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings • Secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists • Guide loads through tight openings into their final position • Attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks • Direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio Performance bonus on top of base pay.
