Assembly operator — Essex County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an assembly operator in Essex County, Virginia. On a typical shift you will tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench; top up the line-side bins and call for parts when stock runs low; clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard; apply labels, barcodes and serial stickers in the right position; keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station. What we are looking for: • Basic understanding of quality checks and 5S • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets • Can read work instructions and basic measurements 2+ years on the tools preferred.
