Powder coating operator — Southend-on-Sea

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Southend-on-Sea, England. You will work on an industrial coating line. What we are looking for: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens The role involves: • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
