Day-to-day duties: • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures You should have: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Part-time with flexible hours. $4,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
