Marble mason — Tarrant County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a marble mason in Tarrant County, Texas. You will be based on a hotel and villa renovation project. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience working with marble, granite and natural stone • Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy slabs Day to day you will shape edges, bullnoses and bevels with an angle grinder and profiling wheels; polish stone surfaces to a high gloss using diamond pads and polishing compound; lift and handle heavy slabs safely using suction lifters and trolleys; seal natural stone against staining with impregnating sealers; restore old marble by honing, crystallising and buffing back to finish. At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
