Requirements: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen The role involves: • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs Six days a week, one day off.
