Your main tasks: • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency Requirements: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure $3,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
