Urgent requirement: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Jefferson County, Pennsylvania. The job is in a busy paint shop. Requirements: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Day-to-day duties: • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness Part-time with flexible hours.
