Bike messenger — Nelson County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bike messenger in Nelson County, Virginia. You will be based at a courier and parcel hub. On a typical shift you will check tyre pressure, brakes, chain tension and engine oil before riding out; load and balance parcels safely in the rear carrier box; collect cash-on-delivery (COD) payments and reconcile the float at shift end; collect parcels and documents from the despatch hub at the start of each shift. What we are looking for: • Basic reading and number skills to handle addresses and cash • Smartphone with a working data connection for the delivery app • Valid two-wheeler driving licence $4,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
