Immediate opening: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Polk County, Texas. Ideal candidate: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Willing to work shifts and overtime Day-to-day duties: • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage Full-time with occasional weekends.
