The role involves: • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations You should have: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
