Chiller technician — Lowndes County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a chiller technician in Lowndes County, Alabama. You will be based at a food processing plant. The role involves trace electrical circuits with a multimeter; braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch; measure the compressor motor's amperage draw with a clamp meter; charge systems with refrigerant (R134a, R410a, R404a) to the correct weight; pull a vacuum on the system and check for trapped moisture. Requirements: • ITI or diploma in refrigeration / RAC trade • 2+ years hands-on experience in refrigeration and AC 5+ years on the tools preferred.
