Bricklayer wanted in Douglas County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bricklayer in Douglas County, Minnesota. You will be based on a commercial construction site. The role involves cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder; mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser; installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays; laying bricks to the line, level and plumb; building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses; setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge. You should have: • Own trowel, spirit level and basic hand tools • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
