Fry cook — Oyo East

Immediate opening: we are hiring a fry cook in Oyo East, Oyo State. Requirements: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets The role involves marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks.
