Requirements: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform The role involves handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left.
