You should have: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Basic cake decorating and piping skills The role involves decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; load and unload the deck oven with a peel. 4+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
