Excavator operator • Phillips County, Montana

Vacancy available: we are hiring an excavator operator in Phillips County, Montana. You will be based at a stone quarry. Ideal candidate: • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings • Valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence The role involves: • Load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely • Level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines • Read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles • Break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment • Carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension • Operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material We offer $4,800 per month plus benefits. Meals and transport allowance provided. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
