Automotive paint technician — Haskell County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an automotive paint technician in Haskell County, Oklahoma. The job is at a dealership paint shop. Day-to-day duties: • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch • Wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs • Apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust • Apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting Ideal candidate: • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE Six days a week, one day off.
