Urgent requirement: painter (Delaware)

Join our team: we are hiring a painter in Sussex County, Delaware. You will work on a residential building site. Day-to-day duties: • Hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams • Cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames • Strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns • Prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer • Spray emulsion and enamel using HVLP and airless spray guns • Mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for standing, bending and reaching all day • Able to read colour schedules and follow a finish spec • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolding Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
