What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Your main tasks: • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
