Now hiring: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Chautauqua County, Kansas. You will be based on an industrial coating line. On the job you will handle: • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches What we are looking for: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
