Captain waiter — Gwer West

We are recruiting: we are hiring a captain waiter in Gwer West, Benue State. The role involves punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; check back during the meal and handle special requests. You should have: • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
