CNC machine operator — Lafayette Parish

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a CNC machine operator in Lafayette Parish, Louisiana. You will be based in a packaging factory. You should have: • Good attention to detail and steady hands • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills Day-to-day duties: • Carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station • Load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper • Monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift • Record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet 3+ years on the tools preferred. $2,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
