You should have: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Food handler / hygiene certificate The role involves shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
