Join our team: we are hiring a scullery hand in Washington County, Oklahoma. What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers Day to day you will mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures.
