Brick mason — Rutland County

Now hiring: we are hiring a brick mason in Rutland County, Vermont. You should have: • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks • Proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks The role involves: • Mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser • Bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters • Erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts • Installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays 5+ years on the tools preferred.
