Great opportunity: press machine operator (Texas)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a press machine operator in Navarro County, Texas. The job is at an injection moulding unit. Requirements: • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills • Able to read job cards and basic engineering drawings • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety Your main tasks: • Set up and start the machine as per the job card • Change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers • Run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing • Load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper • Measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges • Top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels 1+ years on the tools preferred.
