Paint booth operator — Potter County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Potter County, Pennsylvania. The job is at a fabrication and coating plant. On the job you will handle: • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches What we are looking for: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
