Visual inspection operator wanted in Warwickshire

Great opportunity: we are hiring a visual inspection operator in Warwickshire, England. The job is in a metal fabrication workshop. Day to day you will inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting; escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer; verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing; carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line; segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items; operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for full shifts on the production floor • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade 6+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts.
