Car refinisher — Oconee County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a car refinisher in Oconee County, Georgia. You will work in a car refinishing workshop. The role involves: • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust • Strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters • Apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels • Wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch You should have: • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
