Kitchen porter — Atascosa County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Atascosa County, Texas. Your main tasks: • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading Ideal candidate: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts Full-time, day shift.
