Requirements: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler On a typical shift you will trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder.
