Single needle operator — Natrona County

Now hiring: we are hiring a single needle operator in Natrona County, Wyoming. The job is at a knitwear stitching unit. Day to day you will attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet; clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift; trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go; stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance; inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes; thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension. You should have: • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus We offer $4,800 per month plus benefits.
