Café server — Derbyshire

Immediate opening: we are hiring a café server in Derbyshire, England. You will be based in a quick-service restaurant. What we are looking for: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel You will handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); upsell starters, desserts and beverages; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad. At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around £1,850 per month, based on your experience.
