Smash repairer — Dade County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a smash repairer in Dade County, Missouri. You will work in a smash repair workshop. On a typical shift you will mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour; treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection; strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair; buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections; measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates. What we are looking for: • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench Full-time with occasional weekends.
