Bulldozer operator wanted in Sumter County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bulldozer operator in Sumter County, Florida. You will be based at a civil contractor's yard. On a typical shift you will work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals; rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank; backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid; carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil. You should have: • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes • Familiar with GPS and laser machine-control systems • Knowledge of daily greasing and pre-start inspections At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
