We are recruiting: we are hiring a baker in Pine County, Minnesota. You will score the top of loaves before baking; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Part-time with flexible hours.
